Customers are responsible to seek technical support directly fromthose communities. Edit model merge results
The Edit Merged Result button in the Merge editor is deprecated.The button is not always visible, and can only be used in certainspecific circumstances. In the documentation, IBM recommend users not to use it since it cancorrupt models if used incorrectly. There is support for Compare-Mergetasks, which allow users to mark places in the model that needs tobe edited after the merge session. This is the recommended way towork.

Floating User Single Install
Floating User Single Install is a unit of measure by which theProgram can be licensed. A Floating User is a person who is accessingthe Program at any particular point in time. An Install is an installedcopy of the Program on a physical or virtual disk made availableto be executed on a computer. The Program may be installed on anynumber of computers or servers, but if the Floating User simultaneouslyaccesses more than one Install of the Program, the Floating Userrequires a separate entitlement for each such Install. Licenseemust obtain separate entitlements for each Floating User simultaneouslyaccessing the Program on each Install in any manner directly or indirectly(for example: via a multiplexing program, device, or applicationserver) through any means.
Note: Some programs may be licensed where devices are consideredusers. In that case the following applies: Any computing device thatrequests the execution of or receives for execution a set of commands,procedures, or applications from the Program or that is otherwisemanaged by the Program is considered a separate User of the Programand requires an entitlement as if that device were a person.
Authorized User
Authorized User is a unit of measure by which the Program canbe licensed. An Authorized User is a unique person who is given accessto the Program. The Program may be installed on any number of computersor servers and each Authorized User may have simultaneous accessto any number of instances of the Program at one time. Licensee mustobtain separate, dedicated entitlements for each Authorized Usergiven access to the Program in any manner directly or indirectly(for example: via a multiplexing program, device, or applicationserver) through any means. An entitlement for an Authorized Useris unique to that Authorized User and may not be shared, nor may it be reassigned other than for the permanent transfer of the Authorized User entitlement to another person.

IBM includes oneyear of Software Subscription and Support (also referred to as SoftwareMaintenance) with the initial license acquisition of each programacquired. The initial period of Software Subscription and Support(also referred to as Software Maintenance) can be extended by thepurchase of a renewal option, if available. These programs have aone-time license charge for use of the program and an annual renewablecharge for the enhanced support that includes telephone assistance(voice support for defects during normal business hours), as wellas access to updates, releases, and versions of the program as longas support is in effect.

Software Subscription and Support(Software Maintenance) also provides you with access to updates (modificationsor fixes), releases, and versions of the program. You will be notified,via announcement letter, of discontinuance of support with 12 months'notice. If you require additional technical support from IBM, including an extension of supportbeyond the discontinuance date, contact your IBM representative or IBM Business Partner. This extension may beavailable for a fee.

Floating User Single Install
Floating User Single Install is a unit of measure by which theProgram can be licensed. A Floating User is a person who is accessingthe Program at any particular point in time. An Install is an installedcopy of the Program on a physical or virtual disk made availableto be executed on a computer. The Program may be installed on anynumber of computers or servers, but if the Floating User simultaneouslyaccesses more than one Install of the Program, the Floating Userrequires a separate entitlement for each such Install. Licenseemust obtain separate entitlements for each Floating User simultaneouslyaccessing the Program on each Install in any manner directly or indirectly(for example: via a multiplexing program, device, or applicationserver) through any means.
Note: Some programs may be licensed where devices are consideredusers. In that case the following applies: Any computing device thatrequests the execution of or receives for execution a set of commands,procedures, or applications from the Program or that is otherwisemanaged by the Program is considered a separate User of the Programand requires an entitlement as if that device were a person.
Authorized User
Authorized User is a unit of measure by which the Program canbe licensed. An Authorized User is a unique person who is given accessto the Program. The Program may be installed on any number of computersor servers and each Authorized User may have simultaneous accessto any number of instances of the Program at one time. Licensee mustobtain separate, dedicated entitlements for each Authorized Usergiven access to the Program in any manner directly or indirectly(for example: via a multiplexing program, device, or applicationserver) through any means. An entitlement for an Authorized Useris unique to that Authorized User and may not be shared, nor may it be reassigned other than for the permanent transfer of the Authorized User entitlement to another person.

Licensing
IBM International ProgramLicense Agreement including the License Information document and Proofof Entitlement (PoE) govern your use of the program. PoEs are requiredfor all authorized use. Part number products only, offered outsideof Passport Advantage®, where applicable, are license only and do not include SoftwareMaintenance.
This software license includes Software Subscription and Support(also referred to as Software Maintenance).
Agreement for Acquisition of Software Maintenance
These programs are licensed under the IBM Program License Agreement (IPLA) and theassociated Agreement for Acquisition of Software Maintenance, whichprovide for support with ongoing access to releases and versions ofthe program. IBM includes oneyear of Software Subscription and Support (also referred to as SoftwareMaintenance) with the initial license acquisition of each programacquired. The initial period of Software Subscription and Support(also referred to as Software Maintenance) can be extended by thepurchase of a renewal option, if available. These programs have aone-time license charge for use of the program and an annual renewablecharge for the enhanced support that includes telephone assistance(voice support for defects during normal business hours), as wellas access to updates, releases, and versions of the program as longas support is in effect.

Technical support of a program product version or release willbe available for a minimum of five years from the general availabilitydate, as long as your Software Subscription and Support (also referredto as Software Maintenance) is in effect.
This technical support allows you to obtain assistance (via telephoneor electronic means) from IBM for product-specific, task-oriented questions regarding the installationand operation of the program product. Software Subscription and Support(Software Maintenance) also provides you with access to updates (modificationsor fixes), releases, and versions of the program. You will be notified,via announcement letter, of discontinuance of support with 12 months'notice. If you require additional technical support from IBM, including an extension of supportbeyond the discontinuance date, contact your IBM representative or IBM Business Partner. This extension may beavailable for a fee.
Money-back guarantee
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the program and youare the original licensee, you may obtain a refund of the amount youpaid for it, if within 30 days of your invoice date you return theprogram and its PoE to the party from whom you obtained it. If youdownloaded the program, you may contact the party from whom you acquiredit for instructions on how to obtain the refund.
For clarification, note that (1) for programs acquired under the IBM International Passport Advantage offering, thisterm applies only to your first acquisition of the program and (2) for programs acquired under any of IBM's On/Off Capacity on Demand(On/Off CoD) software offerings, this term does not apply since theseofferings apply to programs already acquired and in use by you.
